Just a quick look and review of the Maybelline Master Precise Liquid Eyeliner.
As you can see this is a felt liner which is great as you have so much control over the lines, its fine tip also makes for making effortless flicks and graphic liner looks. Its very saturated and dries to a semi matte finish.
I used the liner in the looks above and the results were amazing.
